You will need 2 letter of recommendation from 2 different sources. The letter of recommendations cannot be from your parents.
You must have completed at least 20 hours of community service between January and November of the current year.
If you have received the cash award in the past, you cannot reapply in the future.

Yes, you will need to show proof of your 20 hours on the organization’s letter head.
